Profile:
Anne Tan Choi has been a lecturer at the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), teaching Literacy Education courses, from 2008 to 2018. She has worked as a technical assistant to the Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction specializing in the K to 3 programs of DepEd. Prior to this, she was a preschool and grade school teacher, as well as a reading specialist who assessed and worked with children with reading difficulties. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and a Master's degree in Reading Education, both from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
